Mid-term Conference 2020

Dear friends, greetings from Kottayam!

Welcome to the land of letters, lakes & latex. We are indeed proud to hoist the mid term conference of AOI Kerala State, 3rd year running.

Central theme of the conference is surgical. We have decided to make it unique by dedicating this exclusively for a virtual live surgery workshop ; discussion of unedited or partially edited surgical videos.

Doyens of each sub-specialty would be presenting their surgical videos. Discussion of critical steps & analysis would be ably complemented by eminent moderators ensuring maximum audience interaction. This would be in tune with the trend world over to phase out live surgery workshops. The conference plans to bring together brighter minds to give deliberations that are subject-focused on direct surgical learning.

There would also be separate sessions for post-graduate prize paper & poster presentation.

The conference banquet is scheduled at the picturesque Midas Kallukunnu resorts on 18th evening 5PM onwards; this should be the perfect getaway to unwind & relax admist the voracious academic feast.
